Meredith is the Managing Partner at Global Impact Group.
Meredith’s career has positioned her at the intersection of human capital, asset management and impact. She specializes in mid- to senior-level recruiting assignments across a broad range of functions.
Most recently, Meredith was a senior member of the Talent team at Schmidt Futures, a philanthropic organization led by Eric Schmidt, the former CEO and Chairman of Google, and Wendy Schmidt. Prior to that, she was the Managing Partner of Tunlaw Partners, a boutique retained executive search firm. Meredith also worked as an executive recruiter in New York and Tokyo with Cromwell Partners, DHR International and Options Group.
Meredith was born and raised in New York City. She attended the Spence School and graduated from Barnard College with a BA in Political Science. She later received a MS in Development Economics and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Meredith has worked and studied in India, Japan, France and the United Kingdom. She spent her early career as a program officer at the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights before transitioning into a 20-year career in the executive search field.
Meredith is a founding member of The Mendhams Diversity Committee, a community organization working collaboratively to advocate and support diversity and inclusion in the Mendhams. She serves as the Co-Chair of the organization and leads the group’s Education Subcommittee. She also is a member of the Mendham Township School District’s Change Organization, focusing on DEI initiatives. She is Co-Chair of the Mendham Township Education Foundation. In 2021, Meredith ran on the Democratic ticket for a seat on the Mendham Township Committee, Mendham’s town government body.
